One of only 1,932 produced with the Big Block L68, Only 58,951 actual miles! Exceptional 1968 Chevrolet Corvette coupe, one of only 1,932 produced with the Big Block L68 427 c.i. 400 h.p. engine in 1968. This classic has only 58,951 actual miles and has undergone a recent body on restoration. The L68 was a tri power setup and was the second rarest engine combination next to the L88 which had only 80 produced in 1968. The transmission is factory M20 4 speed manual. The paint is correct Silverstone Silver and it shows excellent and is accented by the correct standard black vinyl interior that is also in excellent condition. Features include the original and working AM/FM stereo, power steering, disc brakes, optional head rest, removable t-tops, removable rear window, soft ray tinted glass on all windows, new redline radial tires, optional off road exhaust system, plus suspension and brake updates. All of the glass and chrome are in great condition. It was purchased from a collector in Texas and has been in Michigan for 1 year and has always been stored indoors and meticulously maintained by the Corvette enthusiast.
